Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to claim the transport or manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty period and conditions are enclosed with the product. Legally, you are required to notify us of any defects within two months of discovering them. If the defect falls under the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can occasionally happen that things do not go as planned. We recommend that you first address any complaints to us by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union’s platform.
