With the 6.95" (87x178x33 mm) Shelly Wall Display X2 for wall mounting, you can easily control and monitor all your Shelly devices. Available with a Black or Silver frame, it perfectly matches your interior, and you can easily customize the home screen to your liking. Within just 10 minutes, you can install the Shelly Touch Screen in place of your wall switch. The built-in relay takes over the function of the old wall switch (up to 5A), allowing you to control your smart home system with a simple tap on the screen. For example, turn off all your lights at once by tapping the screen with two fingers. How cool is that?
Now available in a value bundle with the Shelly BLU H&T Humidity and Temperature Sensor. The Wall Display already had built-in temperature and humidity sensors, but they are less accurate due to the heat generated by the panel. With the included small battery-powered BLU H&T sensor, which can be easily placed somewhere in the middle of the room, humidity and temperature are measured more accurately. You can set the BLU H&T as the main sensor on the touch panel, and the temperature and humidity from the BLU H&T will be displayed on the panel instead of the Wall Display's internal sensors.
Shelly Wall Display X2
Due to popular demand, the popular Shelly Wall Display is now also available in a large version. Instantly access more devices, monitor your energy consumption, and control your Bluetooth or Sonos speakers and heating system. Layout is customizable with small or large icons. The Shelly Wall Display can also be used with Home Assistant and your own Dashboard.
The intuitive interface makes it accessible to everyone. This way, for example, you don’t need to give your babysitter or cleaner access to your Shelly App. Not interested in a larger screen? Then go for its smaller sibling, the Shelly Wall Display BLU H&T, currently also on sale.
How to install the Shelly Wall Display
The display must be connected to a 230V power supply and also requires a neutral blue wire. The simplest solution is to install the screen where the current wall switch is. Mount it vertically or horizontally—whichever suits you best. However, note that the neutral wire may be missing behind your wall switch, so be sure to check that first. If there is no neutral wire, you will need to pull one from the junction box. Shelly is currently working on a version that works without a neutral wire, but that will take a few more months. The Wall Display fits in a standard flush-mounted box, or you can order together the Table-Stand with a 2mtr power cord.
The touch screen also has a built-in 5A relay, which you can use to control the light that the wall switch used to operate. After that, simply turn the power back on, start the device, connect it easily to your home WiFi via Bluetooth, and add the devices you want to control. Then adjust the layout to your liking. Installed and working within 10 minutes—it doesn’t get easier. Also install the BLU H&T Sensor, and after installation, set this sensor as the main sensor in the Display settings.
